This unit has an audio and video driver problem. I tried both XP and Win7 OS on this, same deal with both OS, everything else works fine but the audio and video driver from Dell's site for this unit does not install, I can understand that if the audio hardware is shot that's one thing as I can always try either a PCI audio card or a USB Audio adapter but the video situation does not make sense to me as when trying Youtube video, it starts showing fine for a few seconds but then stops and displays an error message that it has to close so I am wondering if trying to purchase and install a PCI video card will make a difference or not?
