    Hello all,

apologies if this is something of a repetitive topic, but am just wondering about people's experiences of Dell delivery in the UK in recent months (searches of specific shipping log terms have only been turning up a few cases of very bad experiences and often from a couple of years ago). My order is being tracked through Walsh Western International and I'm finding it hard to understand exactly what all the terms mean on their tracking log.

I've ordered a Dell XPS 15 (details in my profile) along with a backpack carry case. The delivery log said it would update with an ETA for the delivery within 24 hours, but that was about 5 days ago now. Can anyone help me make sense of it? Here's the log as it stands (as of 12pm on 10/05/11):

    Date Time Location Activity
10/05/11 07:58 WWI - HINCKLEY ORDER COMPLETE IN HUB.
08/05/11 05:55 WAALWIJK ORDER DISPATCHED FROM HUB.
08/05/11 05:55 WAALWIJK FIRST BOX SCANNED OUT OF HUB.
05/05/11 17:12 WAALWIJK MERGE ITEMS PICKED.
    04/05/11 18:00 CHINA DEPARTED MANU.FACILITY
04/05/11 11:17 WWI - HINCKLEY FIRST BOX SCANNED INTO HUB.
    04/05/11 10:00 PENDING.

I placed the order on 27/4/11 so I've not been waiting for too long, but obviously still impatient! Thanks for any help, much appreciated.
