    Hi there, I ordered my dell system and i was suppose to receive it yesterday/today. I haven't received my system but they already toke the money from my credit card should I be worried? Oh, and i havent received an invoice either.

    You should have received an email on where your laptop is and is it shipped out yet or not. You might get it tomorrow, don't panic yet.

    dell lost my laptop..well acutlly dhl did so i had to find a replacement...u should call dell man..but its mostly dhl's fault..they suck!

    I have to call UPS tomorrow. I got the tracking number, but I want to hear from the horses' mouth about where my delivery is.

    That is an understatement. DHL is worthless and should go out of business. My laptop has been sitting in California for over a week now. Now it finally moved to Utah, I'm guessing it's going to sit in Utah for over a week too?

    It's shipped, but i get the purolator delivery guy...i have never seen them before. It's just their page said it's in transit in the US while i ordered it in Canada.

    lmao my laptop came one month late and plus they did not even provide me with the tracking number online i had to call dell numerous times to get it...i think the guys who work at guys probably stole the laptop. man y did dell have to use DHL as there carrier, DHL is so bad its not even funny. UPS ALL TEH WAY!
