    I purchased the Plus package with my system so DataSafe was included in that. I'd like to give it a try but I reformatted my sytsem after receiving it and I cannot figure out how to reinstall this program. Does anybody have an idea on how to do this? Any info is appreiciated.

    I went through this and I am still waiting for the final answer. Basically, I chat with tech support and he guided me to download a trial version. Then he sent an e-mail to the Datasafe company to upgrade my account back to the 10GB 1yr service that came with my Vostro 1400. It has been 5 days and I have not seen the service upgrade yet.

    Where did you download a trial version from? Did you create an account with Datasafe before you formatted? I have yet to create an account so I most likely will have to go the route you went and contact support to get this fixed.CRAP! :mad:
