I want to order a D 630 with Windows Premium and 256MB graphics card. But i am not able to choose these options while customising, as D630 comes with Vista Business and Max of 128MB graphics card. Will i be able to upgrade these two when i place the order over the phone?

    Please help me.

I don't think you can do anything about the graphics card.
As far as Vista Premium is concerned, which features in particular are you interested in? Vista Business has most of the features in Premium, and some additional useful stuff too. Still, you can get Premium by choosing Basic and using Windows Anytime Upgrade (google it) to get the upgrade to Premium from Microsoft. I don't know if this will complicate support from Dell or not. Another choice is to get Vista Ultimate, which really has everything in Premium and more. You could also look at Lenovo Thinkpad R61 or T61, which are sold with Premium.
