I've noticed that my keyboard sometimes doesn't register my keystrokes properly, ie: I can have my finger pressing the right shift key fairly hard, and the text that emerges when I type is not properly capitalized.

Anyone else seen this problem on the Latitudes, or is it time to check out how good my Dell Completecare warranty is?

I haven't heard of this problem being common.
Was your keyboard always like this?

It sounds to me like your keyboard could use some replacement...

Luckily, keyboards for latitudes are fairly inexpensive and easy to replace so even if your service contract is expired it shouldn't be a big deal.
