Hi I think there is a problem with my D610... It gets really warm in the bottom were the harddrive is located.

I ran a program to check it out and the program showed a temp of 47 degrees Celsius (116.6 oF) in the harddrive and I was only running one browser window and was surfing the web. Can this be right? It's the only place the laptop gets warm.

I really like to have the laptop in my lap but it quickly gets so warm that is uncomfortably....

    Can someone help me?

    Cheers

As long as its under 50C then you don't have anything to worry about.

How do you just run a program to report temperatures without physically installing some type of actual probe to detect the temperature?
