    Hi,

I am looking at getting a new laptop and I was looking at getting a Toshiba M40. But I saw a Dell D600 today and I thought it was a great machine.

Does anyone here use it? I was thinking about the D600 a while back, I really liked it because you could swap out the optical drive for another battery or leave it empty.

Anyone have any real recomendations as to whether the D600 is the way to go? Also, what is the difference between that and the m600.

I was thinking of the 6000 put it is a little to bulky, and I would like to swap out the drive.
