I am having problems burning DVDs on a Dell D600 with a DVD+RW writer. The system says it's an NEC nd-6100a, but I can't find anything on the Dell site for this drive. Is there a driver or firmware upgrade? I did a quick check on the NEC site and also cannot find anything.

For Downloads on the D600, it only references a Philips 2x DVD-RW. I've tried Ridata and Verbatim blank media with no success.
