    The system recognizes the code, but says my cart isn't correct.

    What country are you ordering from?

    You might be trying to combine it with another offer...

    If you're worried about not getting the deal.. just call dell 2moro and tell them you were having trouble but you're still interested. They should be able to hook you up... just give yourself 6 hours for phone time... the sales team is horrible.

    Try and score a better processor with it also... If you're going to go through the hassle of calling them up, you might as well haggle a little with them.

    Was that a coupon valid only on a system costing more than $999, $1299, etc? If it accepts the code and won't apply it you may not be eligible with your current order.

    It says that it's just a d410 with 539 off.

    When you click "view deals" on the coupon you get:

    So the coupon is in my cart but still no avail.....I did notice that order code above, but can't figure out where to actually search for it on the site.



    If I save my cart, will the coupon in the cart be saved as well?

    I kinda like the idea of calling dell, and maybe they can see that i actually tried to use the coupon.

    Hold on, almost got it figured out! ----wrong.

    EDIT: Okay, the coupon is only good on a system that is built and is run as a code 'd410aff407'... To see what your order looks like, go into detail view on your cart. I have no luck getting that order code no matter what I do. I can only ever seem to get 'D410AFF411'

    One coupon is valid starting tomorrow, and another expired today. Hopefully that second coupon will work 1/10-1/17....
