whoo what a great experience I had today! So.. I called the dell cancel order number and they put me on hold for like 1 - 2 minutes. Then some lady picked up and asked all my info and blah blah. Then she says she cant help me and says she will transfer me to another agent who can. I was transfered and put on hold.. I was on my cell so I turned the speakers on and just left it on my desk while I browsed the web.
To my surprise 30 minutes passed and the crap ass music is still playing. I decided to hang up and call again .. and by that point I was very angry. I called again and was put on hold for like 1 - 2 minutes again. During that time, I was so angry, I started to cuss. "GET ME A ****ING DELL REP ALREADY I NEED TO ****ING CANCEL THIS ****ING ORDER." and in the middle of that sentence, someone said hello and caught me. haha .
She ignored it and asked for my info blah blah . Then she transfered me to another agent because she can't help me.. and I waited for like 5 minutes and decided to put it on speakers again. Left it there and watched TV. When I realized no one was going to answer ... my cell phone said the duration of the call was 54 min 17 sec. lol.. so they're making it hard for me to cancel my order too

Geez, thats no fun! I hate it when they put you on hold like that. I experienced my own taste of frustration today with their horrible hold music as well! I decided to just hang up and forget about it. Why are you canceling your order?

i wish they'd put intermittent beeps in that let you know you're still on hold instead of playing that awful music.

lmao, I called again and they put me on hold AGAIN. So I decided to go with chat... finished in less than 5 minutes. gosh I'm such an idiot haha. whooo one inspiron 1420 jet black order down, you guys can move up the line! LOL

It took me nearly 6 hours to cancel my order, I kept getting transferred thsi way and that.

The people you call up defiantly can help you cancel your order but they don't want to. Its probably becuase your canceled order goes on their record which is probably bad for them. So instead of them taking the hit they pass you on to someone else but then that person might do the same.

thats what im thinking... like seriously are they paying those csr's just to say they can't help you.. probably not. Most of them probably have the same access and power to do stuff. There just being lazy asses or they don't want to deal with you.

well and now cant even get thru to a dell rep on the chatline, been trying since about 10am and says they are all busy, man they suck.............
