I just received a survery from dell regarding my M1330 purchase. It had many questions relating to the delivery of my M1330, the time order took and other misc after sales questions.

The thing is, my M1330 is still in bits at the factory where it has been for about 4 weeks now. Is it typical of Dell to send a survey before the fact?

Well good to hear it shipped, if I get mine within the next few weeks I will be surprised.
