I'm looking at purchasing an Inspiron 6400 for Christmas. The Dell coupons seem fantastic, and 20% off is nothing to shrug off. However, I have a hard time checking the final price at www.dell.ca using these coupons. The coupons also only mention the E1505, which is of course basically the same as the 6400. Are these coupons usable in Canada?

Sorry guys, didn't make myself very clear. I was trying to use the coupons listed at the top of this site ( http://www.notebookreview.com/dellCoupon.asp). If those $50-100 off are the only Canadian coupons, that's quite disappointing. There seem to be a lot of downfalls to buying laptops up here :(

No, you can't use the Dell coupons from the NBR website on the Canadian Dell site. The $50-100 ones are the only ones you can use.

We will never get the coupons and flexibility like the U.S Dell.com does. The best thing to do right now is wait for a better price at Dell.ca because the price fluctuates quite a bite. Wait till this Friday because that when they change their prices. Never get tricked with dell.ca coupons because they usually are priced higher than the everyday deals because they jack up the base price for some reason. Sometimes you get better deals for higher end models like 9300 and above models because dell get huge margins so they can afford to trim the price for you. Don't expect to get big deals for the 6400 though. :)
