Anyone know if they are going to bring this coupon back? I bought my e1505 last month using this coupon and everything worked out great except the LCD had a defect (annoying bright white pixel) and they won't fix it so i'm sending it back for a refund.

I want to buy again (i like the new 1520 models w/ great vid cards!) but there isn't a good coupon available.

Anyone know any tricks to get my computer as cheaply as possible?

The $350 coupon can be stacked with a $150 coupon available tomorrow and monday (until July 9th) at Dell Kiosks.

If you ship to an address that dell doesnt charge tax to (Have a friend in Montana?) then thats around another $150 off.

I have no idea. The guy at the kiosk said that he had a sheet of $150 off coupons that he could apply, that lasted until July 9th. He said that he could beat the online price (including the $350 coupon which I mentioned that I had, so he included it without even asking me for details)

I know it applied to all Inspiron 1720/1520/1420 models (no idea about the xps)

I also dont know if it is "stackable" with the student discount.

But I think the $350+$150 combined is better than the student discount. Im pretty sure you cant stack the $350 with the student discount.

A kiosk is a display stand, with salesman, in a store, usually a mall.

In other words, you have to go to the mall, and buy it there on the spot, with the salesman entering in his $150 coupon that you arent allowed to see.

You cant do it from home.

I should also mention that you get an earlier delivery date ordering from a kiosk.

do they do all the customizing the same as online? If so, my sister could order it for me cause she lives in st louis. I don't have one close to me, but i think it would be completely worth it.

I for one had a terrible expierience with a dell kiosk.

I was considering ordering 2 xps m1330 and the idiot salesman assured us he would get us the best possible deal and assured that even ordering through epp would cost more. All he did was customise it (without my input) and he basically forced them on me, saying it is impossible to get 10% plus the dell epp 12% but I figured I might as well buy them (just in case) and cancel them when I get home. So I did, ordered through epp, got 10 + 12% off and saved 500 dollars over the kiosk price.

BTW, your ship date is not sooner through a kiosk, the reps are just idiots and say 7-10 days for everyone as that's the normal dell ship time.

Yes. Well, they did for me. They had the dell website up and running, and let me go through the configurator just like I did from home.

The only changes I saw from when I did it yesterday were the free upgrade to the 160 gb 7200 RPM HD (I only saw 5400 yesterday) and that 1GB was not an option (free upgrade to 2GB)
