Sorry if this has been asked before but does anyone know when Dell will be releasing Core 2 Duo Laptops in the UK, as I'm going to university at the end of september and was wondering whether to buy a laptop now (due to Dell's double memory and free delivery offer) or wait for 2-3 weeks?

    Cheers

Well they almost always have that free delivery thing going, and the memory thing comes once every 4 or so weeks.

As for your question, they will probably take a little longer to come out in laptops sold outside the US and they haven't been released here yet so....yeah it could be awhile.

Don't forget they are charging for the handling part still, they need 30 dollars to handle it (last I checked)

Has anyone even checked to see if the free delivery is an option for UK residents?
