I am interested to purchase 1 unit of the Dell Inspirion 9400 with CompleteCover but have some doubts over the CompleteCover terms and conditions. Tried emailing and calling Dell, but no response as its the weekend and I'm trying to get a unit of the Dell in time (by Sunday night) for the limited time PC Show offer in Singapore.

As stated for Notebook Computers, only the central processing unit, internal keyboard, internal hard drives, and the computer's built-in LCD are covered. No mention of the other essential parts like the motherboard, graphics card.

Does this mean if there is an accidental drop of the unit/liquid spillage on the unit, only the items mentioned above will be replaced and I will have to pay for the replacement of the other components like the Graphics Card, RAM, Casing, Bluetooth Module, etc?

I have come across a Customer Satsifaction Programme that mentioned a 30 day return policy. Does this mean I can open up the package, test the system, and if not completely satisfied with the notebook computer for any reason whatsoever (built quality, dead pixels, etc), send back to Dell for complete refund within 30 days? minus the shipping fee of course.

    Appreciate any views.
