i have a quick question about the complete care warranty that if we spill drink on the laptop , or drop it etc etc, will dell send us a new one or just FIX/REPAIR the current one? or it depends on how badly the laptop is damaged?

Are you talking about this situation:

"whooops i 'accidentally' spilt beer all over my notebook.... ohh that was nearly a whole bottle. Damn... luckily i have 3 weeks left on my 1 year complete care warranty"

Or are we talking about a genuine accident?

I have used cc twice and believe me, it is worth 10x as much as they charge for it.

Anyway, for liquid damage they will usually try and get you to do a depot exchange (you send yor laptop in, they determine whether or not they can fix it). For physical damage, they will send a replacement and once you recieve it then you send the damaged one back.

    Hope that helps....
