This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Dell Chat Support- anyone know what time it opens?

    Dell doesn't have the hours posted anywhere in their support section. I just get a message saying "All chat reps are busy with other customers OR the queue is closed."

    I don't like dealing with their reps on the phone because they're reading from a script and it's VERY annoying.....

    Anyone know what time the Chat Support opens?

    Yes, this is very hard info to find, it seems. I read that their hours are supposed to be the same as Phone Support. And, supposedly start at 8:00 am. Sorry, your having prob's getting thru. :(
