Dell billed my VISA yesterday for the amount that I ordered my laptop. I checked the site and my order status was upgraded to "shipped". I check my visa bill again, and the charge for the laptop disappeared. The status still says shipped though...

    Anyone know whats going on?

is there a reason you're asking this here instead of contacting dell?

Because their support is garbage and it takes about 5 minutes for the support tech to come up with some BS to say

The people on this forum dont work for Dell so I doubt we would have the real answer to your specific billing questions. If anything, if you call Dell, they will give you a more informed answer to what is REALLY going on

i've had nothing but excellent support from dell. maybe you should contact sales instead. tech support has nothing to do with billing/sales.
