    Dell Canadian Shipping?

    I thought Dell.ca were assembling their laptops in Toronto or close to that area. I'm checking the path of my laptop and it says right now it is in Transit in USA - U.S.A. GROUND LINEHAUL. I didn't think they had to ship them over the border as the method was Canadian Standard Shipping Method. How long did you wait from the shipping date to receive your laptop. (they gave me false hopes :( They shipped on the 23 and yesterday said estimated date was 25, I was like woah, but the date changed to 29 now :|

    Your laptop is built in Malaysia.
    It goes to Round Rock, Texas for OS/software imaging and final testing.
    It is shipped from there and takes 3 days by ground travel to Toronto.
    From Toronto, it takes a day by Purolator.

    Since there is no delivery on the weekend, it is deadon schedule.
