    No, Promotions in other countries have nothing to do with each other. Dell Canada notebooks can be 15% off while those in the US aren't. Its not a price error.

    I think it's a price error or otherwise it would be advertised, and just added in automatically. This happened when the M1330 first came out and it was changed soon after.

    It doesnt matter if it is a price error...those lucky enough to grab this own it. I would also advise those who bought tis at full pop in the last 30 days to be calling in quick...thats a decent chunk of cash back to you.
