    Hi everyone,

I'm just wondering, what is the hotline in Canada to call and see what stage your laptop is in. Also, do they tell you what specific build stage, or only that it is in build stage?

    Thanks

Also, what information do I need to call? I have the order number, postal code, etc., but since I bought it through the company I work for, I don't have the credit card number or anything.

Call Support...800-847-4096 press 1-2-1 to see the status of your order, sometimes you can find out which stage its in (depending on the person who answers)

they'll ask you for your name, you'll need your order number and the full address that your laptop's getting mailed to (number, street, postal code, city, province)
