Hi, the led screen option for the xp 1330 in Canada has been withdrawn. Per advice, I tried to get a csr (several of them, actually) to give me the option of a led screen regardless and had no luck. I think Dell sucks when they treat their Canadian customers that way and am wondering if there is any point to even dealing with them even more. I am bitterly disappointed and don't know where to turn to even complain at Dell Canada. Does anyone know anyone I can complain to at Dell Canada? Much thanks, Yasmine
