I have a serious issue with Dell Customer Service in Canada. I have placed an order which has been cancelled and restated 12 times and still isnt fixed. Ive logged over 50 hours with sales and customer support and believe this to be the single most worst example of customer support for a new sale that has ever occurred.
Has anyone a dell canada contact or email address above the Customer support/Sales/XPS Support/Post sales Que level as these sections all work paralle to one another.
I have tried everything including unresolved issues and believe this an extremely valid file.
Any contacts or numbers from Dell would be appreciated.
