I think this belongs in here, as it's an after sales kind of question.

Just wondering is anyone familiar with the dell business support entails? I am considering buying a Precision M65 and the Dell Business Support options are quite expensive and I'm wondering what I am entitled to if I decided to leave it out altogether.

Any advice or feedback is appreciated...

You'll probably get more responses from the Dell forum as it is a Dell specific question even though it's after market but not an after-market upgrade on your hard or software specifically.

Everyone hates a thread bumper, but this did drop off the front page, so I guess it's OK.

I'm still confused though. I obviously don't want any online training or e-learning. But I don't want to be left in the lurch if something goes haywire... But as far as I can work out the model includes standard Next Business Day support for 3 years as standard, so they don't include this in the checkout facility.

Any feedback at all, no matter how useless it may seem is appreciated. once again, thanks, ;)
