    Hi all,

For Dell small business, is 20% off an inspiron 6000 a good deal, or do they usually have better ones?

Also, is it true that if you buy through dell business, the customer service and support is somehow better/faster/nicer?

    Thanks.

The 20% is very good for the small business. Dell rarely issues coupons for the small business department because they give free upgrades.

I'm not 100% sure on your last question. I believe you do because they have separate call centers that are in the states for the small business department, but again I'm not 100% sure. I know that they just built a call center in Oklahoma City that was suppose to handle the small business calls and support.
