Commander Wolf can i haz broadwell?
Are you asking whether it is possible to buy a new Dell battery? If so, the answer is yes; just look on eBay for genuine Dell batteries; you'll find a ton of 'em.
That being said, most not genuine batteries should work fine (at least initially). You might want to make sure you're not having a problem with your system before buying another battery. -

An aftermarket battery should be able to charge. Are you getting a blinking orange battery LED? Does Windows detect the presence of a battery?
-
yes i am getting blinking orange light, computer recognises that its not dell battery
-
Does the same happen with the original battery? What does the BIOS tell you about the batteries?
If the original one works, I would return the new one or file a chargeback if you paid with credit, aftermarket ones should at least be able to work, but of course, they won't perform as well as OEM. Here is a link to an OEM one:

thanks mate, think it will be easier to use your link and buy new. bios shows 1 per cent of life in battery. it charged fully on first insertion, but after that not at all.

Do you still have your original battery?

-
Does it also give you a blinking orange light?
-
