Can anyone tell me what the return policy for Dell Asia (Hong Kong) is? Tried to look around and couldn't find anything...i have a notebook on order and it hasn't arrived yet but i'm considering returning it. If i do is there going to be any financial penalty?

Not sure for HK, but Singapore is like 30 days, while Malaysia is 14 days. I believe if you decided to return the product, you'll need to bear the return shipping cost, and they 'll refund you but minus the initial shipping cost + some admin fee & perhaps restocking fee as well.
