    Hey everyone!

I Keep seeing people mention that the 60gb HD are 4200 and 5400-what is what?! if thier is a 5400 how do we get it with dell eh?

I was just reading another thead and SOMONE mention Dell dont come with Window XP cd-is this true?! how are you suppose to reformat it? recovery CD?

If thats true I guess I'll push for another Microsoft Play Testing for another XP Pro hehe ^_^

How does Dell ship the Notebook anyway? in a carry case? I want one... But I want a Back Pack for School/Laptop but I havent seen any really or one that'll fit the 9300.... I need style for lugging a BFG thingy on my back for school...

Right now I have a JanSport bag thats pretty big and its about 75% pack already with those Calculus/Chem book in side taking up most of the space making my bag look like a ruck sack.

PS Do i get a 21 day grace period if I like it or not to return the notebook or upgrade it? I remember someone mentioning they KISS your ASS withen those days... is that right?

    1) 4200, 5400 and 7200 refer to RPM, or the speed of the notebook drive. They offer faster drives with some machines, otherwise you can upgrade yourself, it's really not very difficult.

    2) Comes with a recovery CD.

    3) It comes in a box.

    4) Yes, there is a return window that has gotten shorter over the years, I'm fairly certain it currently sits at 21 days.

Brian is correct in all respects. The 21 day return policy is true.

I got lucky and received all of the disks (Windows XP, Driver disks, etc) before the policy was changed.
