I'm having random problems with a Dell 9300 locking up at very random intervals. I can never really recreate the problem.

Here are some of the things I've done to try and troubleshoot the problem.

    Replaced the hard drive
Put in another CPU and tested it out it still frooze up
Put in another stick of test memory, still frooze up
Ran Memtest and Prime95 on the unit for over 24 hours
    Reformatted Windows, still frooze up
Booted off a bootable Linux disk and left it running, frooze up
Ran 3DMark2005/6 over a few days letting it loop constantly and I was unable to reproduce the lock up this way

There are two things left, the motherboard or the video card. I'm at a lost as to what could be causing this problem. Any ideas?
