Using Windows XP Home SP2 with McAffee Security Center enabled and Office 2003 SP2. Have received apparent random errors with message 'Windows has recovered from a serious problem'. Following KB316424, have upgraded video driver and Broadcom 10/100 adapter driver and BIOS to A14. Ran virus and cleaner software-OK. Ran Dell Diagnostics for blue screen error checking memory, IDE and related-OK. All Microsoft updates installed to this date. Noted Windows would not reboot with flash drive and Ethernet cable connected. Rebooted when these removed. Not able to duplicate this now.

    Advice needed.
