    Hello!
I recently bought a dell 7559 signature edition from the Microsoft store, but i have a problem with Windows 10. I have updated every driver and the bios, but windows is still laggy. For example when i scroll on Chrome or Microsoft Word it stutters, i have been looking around and havent found any information about it, any recommendations?

    Processor: i7-6700HQ, 8GB RAM, 4k touch display.

Look in Task Manager and check that when the computer is idle the CPU usage is less than 10%.

Run HWiNFO and check if the little graphic showing CPU speed varies throughout the speed range.
