Just ordered the above model online yersterday. Had an agent in live chat helping me. Prior to paying, she sent me what the order had, and i also have a copy of the chat. I am supposed to get Windows 10 PRO. When i go online to check the order it says Windows 10 home, have sent e-mails to support and everywher else i can find on Dell, but no response. What else can i do?? Seems once they get your payment they just ignore you, any suggestions what i can do?? Thanks!!!!

Did you get the confirmation e-mail from the chat agent? I've successfully replied to that order e-mail to reach the individual who helped me.

No, never received the confirmation e-mail, had to go into chat, and then thru another agent they had someone call me back, at first they wanted me to pay for the Windows 10 PRO, but she finally looked at the chat and it confirmed i should have it, they had to cancel and re-do the order, a big pain especially with another charge on card which came off today, seems always a fight with Dell when i buy from them direct, so much easier from Best Buy or Amazon...Thanks for your suggestion though!!!

What a pain. I've had issues with their website and some of the agents. In the end they have always made good on their commitments to me even if it took a bit of extra work for me. Glad you got it resolved.

Thanks, now i am just waiting to see if it will be here by the 10th as that is the target delivery date, though it is still in production.
