Does Dell frequently put out a 30% off coupon for laptops? I've been watching lately and haven't seen any decent coupons.

up to 10% is your typical value. Every now and then it goes up to 20%. 30% does happen; but it is very rare.

At the Outlet when you sign up for the e-mails, the coupons usually are at 15%.
Dell likes to keep us all surprised, especially when we really want a deal on something! ;)

    Cin ;) :)

Sorry, I should have made the distinction between outlet and non-outlet. Typically non-outlet maxes at 10%, but I have had 20% coupons. As Cin said, it all depends on what the marketing bods at Dell decide will make us all buy.

don't just look at coupons... look at different configs available, and their 'specials' that popup now and again..

their coupons are usually staggered...(eg 10% off xxx laptop above $1000, 15% off xxx laptop above $1500....) to get more % off, you need to add more stuff to th elaptop...

look at Dell EPP (if you have access... through company or schooL)... or dell outlet

Dell EPP sucks when it comes to their Latitude line.

When I bought my laptop last April, I used a 30% coupon.
I believe it was 30% off when spending above $999.
