    Hi
I have no idea why the light which indicates the hard disk is in use is constantly blinking. I have disabled file indexing and just now disabled superfetch but it still seems to be happening. Does anyone have any idea why this might be??

As long as you are using the computer there will always be some information going from the hard drive to RAM and back. It's not a big deal.

Also check it in "Reliability and Performance Monitor", if you've vista.
