    Hello,

    I recently bought r15 n5010 with

    i5 M460 - 4 GB ram - ATI 550v 1 gb dedicated -HD 500 5400 rpm

    6 cell battery

When I fully charge this battery to 100% and remove the AC supply suddenly it tells me that battery is 96% or somtimes 93% why this happens ? shouldn't it be 100% ?

And what about its life time ? with browsing and power saver mode ( extended battery life mode ) it takes 2 hr 15 min to discharge to its 10% with me is this good or there is something wrong ?

last thing I want to ask about the best way to take good care to the battery ? should i remove AC when battery is 100 % ?

    thank you

You might look into getting a 9 cell battery.
With that set up I am sure the discharge time is normal.

i3/integrated in my 14R barely pulls 3 hours on low brightness. Yours seems fine.
