    Hi Jimlad21,

    Welcome to the community.

The wear and tear of parts due to usage is not covered under the normal warranty. You need to have complete care cover for such issues.

For the audio stuttering issue, I would suggest that you update the audio drivers from support.dell.com

You may also try checking the audio with a pair of headphones or external speakers to check if the issue is with the internal speakers.

For the overheating issue, I would suggest that you clean the vents around and underneath the system by blowing air into them. You may use a blower or a can of compressed air.

You may also try to update the BIOS of the system. In case you face any difficulty in locating the drivers and the BIOS update, please let me know the model of your system. I will be glad to locate the links for you.

Kindly revert with the findings. Happy to help.
