Ok i have the dell 1520 its about 4 months old... I love it to death but there is one tiny flaw that annoys the hell out of me. The base is uneven... if i push on the bottom left of the notebook... it tilts forward and rocks... wtf gives?

    Anyone else have this issue?

For those who arent understanding what im saying -

Think of a 4 legged table... and one of the legs are slightly shorter so the table has a rock to it. Same concept.

Hah, same problem with my 1420! The front left of the laptop is a bit higher than the rest of it, so it shakes and wobbles when I type. Solution: Slipped a piece of folded paper at the back-right leg =P
