I am getting a well configured 1520 for under $1200. Also I am interested in Sony Vaio FZ-190, which has lesser configuration than dell for around $1500.

But I like the form factor of Vaio and also the display. Can you guys suggest me which notebook will be a good buy?

It's is the tough of war between dell's good configuration vs sony's style. I will not be travelling with the notebook very much and I am not a serious gamer. Suggestions please.

honestly, if ur not traveling that much, why not get the dell?
better graphics option (if u opt for the 8600gt), sure the sony weighs less and looks better, but at least u wont get screwed with driver support.
oh yeah, if u want an all black inspiron, just go for a loaded vostro line 1500.
