    Yes Fry's is very good. Go for the cheaper one.

    Do get the cheaper but do not Expect CL4 it is likely a misprint as everyone else lists that RAM as CL5, which is standard for PC5300/5400.

    I don't really mind about that latency anyways, all I want is my hard drive to stop working hard every minute or so XD

    yes those are cl5 not cl4.. and yep get the cheaper ones..
