    Is this all the 1520 Sigmatel sound card has in the control panel or what?

    I was hopeing for at least an eq or something... :mad:

    That's more than I have. I only have allow reconfiguration pop-ups! If you click on the speaker in the system tray you'll get a few more options but nothing serious.

    You need to add one of these or something similar.

    WMP 11 has other options. Click view, enhancements.

    It seems you have the jack configuration page missing (which allows 5.1 setup). There are more options under Control Panel/Sound, but this is pretty much what you get.

    The 1520 is just 2 jacks, so no 5.1 output.

    After I do some fancy Macgyver headphone wire splice'in my 1520 willl have Quad SRS THX Surround Holomorphosonicphonic(tm) Mono sound! ;)




    Also known in some parts as regular stereophonic sound (with out a humm sound I hope)!

    i have a dell 1150 and i only have the "enable power management option" ... i do not even have the allow for configurations.. is this normal?
