Does anybody know what the differences are between the two draft wireless N that Dell offers? The 1505 and Intel 4965. I know the 1505 is Broadcom, thats all I know.
Thanks,
N

Same Question !

That is the major difference... The 1505 is broadcom and thus cheaper... They offer the Intel card because in order for the computer to be a "Centrino" it needs that Intel card...
Also, for users like me, Intel cards play nicer in open source environments. -
I have the Dell card (pretty much flipped a coin since they were the same price) and it works just fine.

If its the same price which has a better range in Xp/Vista enviroment

I went with Dell wireless card because of numereour problems in the past with Intel/Pro BG2200 cards. If there is an option to purchase a different card I won't EVER buy one from Intel.
