    Is this natural?

Played SC2 Beta on my nephew's 14z for about 20 minutes and the computer starts stuttering...

He says this happens all the time when the computer is hot.

Is this normal? If it is, how do I go around this?

Try running HWmonitor in the background, and look at the max temp when the laptop starts to stutter. It's not uncommon for laptop CPUs to reach 70-80C under heavy load. If the laptop is getting hotter than this, it is probably defective (the fan should be going a full speed by about 65-70C, if the system isn't making a whole lot of noise, the fan isn't working correctly).
