My 1420 takes at least 30 secs to go into sleep mode. So, I was wondering why since I turned off Hybrid Sleep already. So, I did this at the command prompt: "powercfg -a" and it is telling me only S3 is available, which is Hybrid Sleep. S1 is not available because firmware does not support it.

I went into BIOS to see if I can enable S1 and it is not available. I don't see ACPI at all. I am using A09 BIOS for my 1420. Am I missing something? How do I enable "Standby" and not Hybrid sleep?

    Thanks
