Alright, so my new Dell 1420 will be at my house Tuesday.
I got nice Vista Ultimate 64bit DVD waiting to be installed on my computer desk.

What kind of problems would I run into if I install Vista 64?
I read the m1330 thread, and would it be that hard to make it work?

So, your using the 1420 now?
Well, my plan is as soon as I get the laptop.

Pop in the DVD and let Vista format the hd, and then let it install it self.
Shouldn't like the CPU drivers come with Vista?
Or I have to look for those too?
