    Dell - UPS return time?

    Hello, I returned a Dell laptop yesterday.
    I'm just wondering how long UPS would usually take to deliver the package to Dell completely, so that I can get an approximate date of getting refund of my money. :rolleyes: Does it take less than two weeks?

    Usually it takes about a week once they get the order. UPS usually takes 3-5 days for delivery.

    Dell can take up to 30 days for a refund, but that is super super rare.

    It took UPS 3 days to return my laptop. I haven't received a refund yet since it just arrived today.
