I want to buy a new Dell Notebook but I have no clue which type of SSD they put in their models.

    Samsung?

It's also a litte bit strange that I'm able to select between:

    - 128GB Serial ATA SSDR 128GB Mobility Solid State Drive
    - 256GB Mobility Solid State Drive
    - 128GB Mobility Solid State Full Encrypted Drive
    - 256GB Mobility Solid State Full Encrypted Drive

Are there any benchmarks in the web? For what should I go?

They've been Samsung SSDs in the past and there is little to suggest they would change that.

Assuming these are all second-gen Samsung MLC drives (the 256GB drives definitely are, but the 128GB drives may be first-gen), you should be getting something like 200/150MB/s sequential read/write and maybe 3MB/s 4k random writes. These aren't really the fastest drives on the market anymore, but they're definitely not bad ones.

    These days I'd say go pick up a second-gen X25-M, though :)

For capacity and bang-for-your-buck, Samsung is the best. For pure performance, Intel would be my pick, but they only have 80 and 160GB models right now.
