I can see My Account fine. I'm on Dell Canada though, so YMMV.

Heres a few things to try:

    1. Internet Explorer
    2. Deleting cookies
    3. Reboot your PC

I'm also getting the problem. What I do is log out, go to the laptops section, go back to the "sign in" at the upper right corner, sign in, and then I can access my account.

In case others have the problem, try FF2 or MSIE. AFAICT, this may be a bug in FF3.0.1, but the FF maintainers so far seem to be pointing fingers at web-sites.

For me, deleting cookies, restarting FF3 in safe mode (to disable extensions), and so on had no effect. Didn't try rebooting PC, but IMHO that's too much just to get to a login page. FWIW, this was the US Dell site; the other Dell links to the login page also failed in the same way.
