I've ben waiting patiently(ish) for my delivery from Dell, and using the status page I've managed to follow it for so far, but the last action updated was on the 26th, nothing since. Can anyone advise? The details are pasted below;

26/02/09 07:30 WWI - HINCKLEY AWAITING CUSTOMER APPOINTMENT.

25/02/09 17:01 INTERNATIONAL MISROUTE MISROUTE IN TRANSIT.
25/02/09 17:00 CHINA DEPARTED MANU.FACILITY
25/02/09 16:00 PLAN COMMITTED NOTE.
25/02/09 15:51 NO PRECALL 26/02/09 SCHEDULED DELIVERY DATE.
25/02/09 13:03 CALL LOCK OUT.
25/02/09 12:25 PENDING.
I've beem checking, but no messages left from any couriers etc.
Any help or advice would be much appreciated

There are alot "Failed" which cant be good i would call Dell. -

Yeah, a bit concerned about that myself, although it looked to have arrived complete in hinckley, and then failed outward? I've emailed walsh western about it, anything to avoid Dell Customer Service! Thanks for helping. -
*Update*
Just spoke to a rep of Walsh Western, who kindly told me that she couldn't help as they do not deliver to N Ireland, and that Dell have sent it to the wrong carrier, and that I must talk to them. The order was originally placed on the 5th February!! Undoubtedly the worst experience I've ever had from any company. -
