    Hi all,
    I've ben waiting patiently(ish) for my delivery from Dell, and using the status page I've managed to follow it for so far, but the last action updated was on the 26th, nothing since. Can anyone advise? The details are pasted below;

    26/02/09 08:00 BPO - BELFAST NOT REC'D/INCOMPLETE IN DEPOT.
    26/02/09 07:30 WWI - HINCKLEY AWAITING CUSTOMER APPOINTMENT.
    26/02/09 07:30 WWI - HINCKLEY FAILED DEL. RECEIVED COMP.
    26/02/09 07:30 WWI - HINCKLEY STARTED TO RECEIVE FAILED DEL.
    25/02/09 18:10 WWI - HINCKLEY ORDER DISPATCHED FROM HUB.
    25/02/09 18:10 WWI - HINCKLEY FIRST BOX SCANNED OUT OF HUB.

    I've beem checking, but no messages left from any couriers etc.

    Any help or advice would be much appreciated

    There are alot "Failed" which cant be good i would call Dell. :)

    Yeah, a bit concerned about that myself, although it looked to have arrived complete in hinckley, and then failed outward? I've emailed walsh western about it, anything to avoid Dell Customer Service! Thanks for helping. :)

    *Update*
    Just spoke to a rep of Walsh Western, who kindly told me that she couldn't help as they do not deliver to N Ireland, and that Dell have sent it to the wrong carrier, and that I must talk to them. The order was originally placed on the 5th February!! Undoubtedly the worst experience I've ever had from any company. :(

    Well i live in Northern Ireland and they delivered to me alright. I just recieved mine today.

    You must be charmed! They categoriclly insist that they only deliver to mainland UK and that I must deal with Dell. Their status page now reads misroute in transit, and that it is with Dell, who are now telling me they are rearranging carriers and to wait 3-4 days. gahhh! :(
