When I ordered my notebook (inspiron 7567 i7, GTX 1050ti, 16GB ram, 512GB PCIe, UHD display) it said delivery date August 23. Now it says August 31. Is this normal?
Also when I was ordering on the web page I had asked Dell support if there was any penalty for paying off early, then I continued on with my order, the person whom I spoke to had also sent me an email link to complete the order through her but I'd already completed my order. She later emailed me and said there was an issue with the order and she had canceled it and recreated it (for some reason it is a penny less but I can't see any differences). I had received confirmation from dell's systems that my order was in. Is that normal as well?
